Wellspring is a 3-month psycho-sexual-somatic experience with workshop-style teaching, practical exercises and assignments to support you in releasing centuries of sexual shame & pelvic-based patterns of survival, healing disconnection, embodying your erotic truth & turn on, and transforming the way you relate, have sex and feel in your own body.
